I have dedicated the past decade to co-vocational ministry, focusing on investing in people and communities throughout the world. After earning my Master’s in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary, I felt called to explore the next chapter God has planned for me.

Charm City

Baltimore is a city of resilience. It's a place of deep history, rich traditions, and vibrant culture. Its cobblestone streets and historic row homes tell the stories of generations who have shaped its identity. From the Inner Harbor’s waterfront to the small family-owned restaurants tucked into every neighborhood, Baltimore is a city built on community, creativity, and perseverance.   Its people are passionate—about their city, their teams, their faith, and their neighbors. It’s a place where music, art, and activism have long intersected, where traditions like HonFest, the African American Festival, and Preakness weave together a cultural tapestry unlike any other. The city has weathered economic shifts, civil rights movements, and public health crises, yet through it all, Baltimoreans continue to show up for one another. Churches, non-profits, and local organizations have stepped into the gaps, uniting across backgrounds and denominations to serve their neighbors and bring hope.

And yet, even with all its beauty, history, and perseverance, Baltimore still carries deep wounds. Poverty, addiction, and violence remain heavy burdens. Many still search for hope, healing, and a place to belong. The need has never been greater, but neither has the opportunity for the Church to rise up and meet it—together.

{The Role}

Youth Ministry

I’m excited to work with parents to guide students through challenges like identity, social media influences, cross-cultural interactions, and more. Through weekly gatherings, meaningful conversations, and consistent follow-ups, I want to create safe, welcoming spaces where students can grow in their faith and build lasting friendships. I’m also looking forward to partnering with other Baltimore churches to create more opportunities for youth to connect and thrive.

Alpha

This ministry is all about creating a safe space where people can explore faith and tackle life’s big questions. I’ll be hosting multiple courses each year, equipping volunteers to lead open, honest conversations. I also can’t wait to work alongside other Baltimore churches, helping them run Alpha and build a network across the city that spreads the hope of the Gospel.

Small and Content Groups

Community and discipleship mean so much to me, and that’s what small and content groups are all about. These groups are places where people can share life, support each other, and grow in their faith together. By equipping leaders and offering thoughtful, relevant content, I want to help people deepen their relationship with Jesus and live out their faith in ways that Jesus would if He was in their shoes.

Walking {Together} by Faith

Through youth ministry, Alpha, and small groups, I aim to inspire the next generation, create spaces for authentic faith exploration, and build strong communities where people grow deeper in their walk with Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life.

This cannot happen without a robust ministry team who are partnering with me through prayer, collaboration, and financial support.

Big news.

The first major financial benchmark has been met, which means I’ll be starting in April! I’m so grateful for the support that’s made this possible. Now, I’m building the rest of my ministry partnership team, aiming to be fully funded by summer so I can focus on pouring into student ministry, Alpha, and formations.

If you’d like to partner with me, I’m looking for monthly supporters (30-month commitments) and one-time gifts to help make this vision a reality.
